definitely beautiful, like you said, her eyes look evil; they make her appear
dubious in nature almost, a different look for Lacus i've not seen before, and i
like it!

you made it sound so easily done, yet you drew this all out in pen, probably
made very little or no mistakes, and then you go on to color it so amazingly
well the dress and hair, making them shiny and wavy - stands out
